Arriving at Idhobel, I am greeted by Meneldir, who has found the small elven settlement of Idhobel. Here I relay my tale of the Uruk captain, and upon mentioning the tree-trolls made of holly wood, an elf named Rhovandis and the local healer approaches me. Rhovandis is concerned about the story of wargs, and the presence of these wood trolls, while the healer is missing water and holly berries for his medicine. I agree with Rhovandis to go back to Tham Lasgol again to clear out more wooden trolls, while also fetching berries and water for the healer – while Meneldir and Bregoleth plan our next move.
Returning from Tham Lasgol, Bregoleth wants me to go the other nearby elven fort of Tham Celechir – where the Uruks have overrun. Here I am to thin out in the Uruks, but also search the rubble, for she is certain that they are looking for elven artifacts. Rhovandis mentions a friend of hers, an elf named Haerlendir, who is keeping watch over Tham Celechir, and can probably help us figure out this connection between the Uruks and the wargs. The healer begs me to bring back some Uruk swords, as healing will be unnessecary, the less swords the Uruks carry about. I meet up with Haerlendir, who encourages me to look for evidence of Uruks and wargs working together.
Moving through Tham Celechir is no mean feat, as the Uruks are heavily fortified in the ruins, but I manage to subdue the Uruks as I go along, one by one. I find numerous warg cages inside the ruins, a clear indicator of of the connection between the Uruks and the wargs. I also discover an old elven dagger in some rubble, that I decide to bring back to Bregoleth.

Returning to Haerlendir, the news of the warg cages troubles him, and I set off to interrogate some Uruks about this connection. None of the rank and file troops know anything of value, but eventually I manage to squeeze and Uruk captain, that they brought a warg master, who is camped north east of Tham Celechir. He has brought the wargs to destabilize the region, spreading fear and chaos.
I go to this warg masters camp, put down his wargs, and summon him to battle. He arrives riding a fearsome warg, but I manage to take him down. I return, first to Haerlendir, then to Idhobel to report on my success and my findings.
Bregoleth muses that the dagger belonged to the Golden Company, a company of elves responsible for many a heroic feat. She will bring the dagger with her to Imladris, both to warn Elrond Half-Elven of the danger of a defecting Saruman, but also to restore the dagger to a place of honor, as it deserves. Meneldir wants to go warn his dunedan chief – no matter that he himself forsook an oath of theirs, and is not likely welcomed warmly. He asks that I accompagnie him, for this matter is important, and suggest we go through Old Cardolan, where a friend of his named Narndir lives. I agree, and we decide to meet up for the last preperations in Mossward, where this trek began.
