I arrived in Clegur late last night. I must admit the sight of a hobbit village climbing the slopes is a sight to behold, with all the friendly and inviting lights, and the music streaming from the tavern.

I quickly found Briallen, who Meneldir had recommended I contact – who coincidentally was also the one who Geralt had sent me too with his boot. Regarding the orcs in the vicinity, I was advised to talk to the hobbit Mayor, a Malmadog Torlan, while Briallen fixed the boot.
The mayor wanted me to gather meat, and when I went to the butcher, he wanted help gathering the meat orders – including the mayors! These hobbits could do well with walking amongst each other more, but maybe the hills are a bit tough for their short legs.
While gathering the meat notices, I met villagers with all sorts of problems, and helped them as well – I was going around anyway. From gathering children for dinner and rescuing single arrows from beasts – to swimming near to the waterfalls to explore. There are tales of bandits setting up nearby, which have put some villagers in a bit of a hard spot, since their belongings are in the same area, but I did not yet have time to go there.
I have now gathered the meat, and I did a brief stop in their tavern. These are curious hobbits, but they must be very used to visits from “the big folk”, as they call us, since their doors and ceilings, at least in the tavern, are molded after our own height, rather than their own.
