My name is Khamon of the Khirvisa clan, but I am not supposed to talk about my heritage. My entire life has been toil beneath the gaze of the burning eye, but now there is talk that a prisoner might be freed. It is obviously not me – it was supposed to be one of his prized prisoners. I have secretly tried to learn runecrafting, and maybe I can muster up enough courage and skill to use this odd occurence to find an escape for myself.
